Stuffed dry red peppers



500 grams of ground meat
10 red peppers
2 onions
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Oil
1 cup of rice

Dice the onion. Fry the onion for ten minutes in a pot (medium heat). After ten minutes add ground meat, salt and black pepper and fry for 15 minutes at a medium heat. Add the rice stir and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the mixture from the burner. Let it cool for couple minutes. Put the red dry peppers into hot water for 3 minutes. Take them out. Stuff peppers with the mixture and put them in a pot. Add 200 ml of water, cover them and cook for 30 minutes at ta low heat. After 30 minutes put the peppers in a baking pan. Heat the oven to 200◦C. Bake peppers at 150◦C for 15 minutes.

Sausages and beans


400 grams of beans
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Salt, black pepper, paprika powder, basil, parsley leaves - to taste
2 bay leaves
400 grams of sausages


Dip the beans in the water and left over the night. In the morning heat the water with beans until the water boils. Strain the beans and throw the water.  Put the beans in a pot and add 1l of water. When it starts to boil add onion, cook for 2 hours. After 2 hours add bay leaves, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, basil and parsley leaves. Cook for another 2 hours. If you still have to many water, spill it carefully. Transfer the beans in the baking pan, put the sausages over the beans and put parsley leaves over everything. Heat the oven to 250◦C. Bake at 220◦C for 15 minutes.

Baked potatoes and pork chops



800 grams of pork chops
1 kg of potatoes
300 grams of bacon
Seasoning mix (salt, pepper,vegetables)
Oregano, rosemary - to taste
White vine enough to cover the pork chops



Wash, peel and cut potatoes as for the French fries. Cut the pork chops into smaller pieces. Put the pork shops into the white vine and left them for one hour. After one hour place the pork on the backing paper for five minutes. Put every potato into seasoning mix, as well as pork chops. Put the potatoes in a backing dish, put pork chops over the potatoes, Spice everything with oregano and rosemary. Heat the oven to 250◦C. Cover the dish and put into the oven. Bake at 180◦C for one hour. After one hour remove from the oven, uncover, add the bacon ( cut into pieces) and bake for 20 minutes more, uncovered.

Chicken and potatoes



2 chicken legs and thighs
500 grams of potatoes
Seasoning mix (salt, pepper, vegetables)
Paprika powder, black pepper - to taste


Put the chicken legs and thighs in the boiling water, add seasoning mix, Cook for 15 minutes at the medium heat. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes. Heat the oven to 250◦C. Take out chicken legs and thighs ( you can use water from chicken to make soup). In the baking pan put potatoes, add paprika powder and black pepper. Bake at 220◦C for 20 minutes (until the fork passes through the potatoes). Take out the baking pan and put the chicken over the potatoes. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Potato Moussaka



For four persons

400 gram of  ground meat (pork, beef)
1 onion
1 kg potatoes
Salt, pepper, paprika powder - to taste
Seasoning mix (salt, pepper,vegetables) - to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
Parsley leaves
200 ml of warm water


Wash, peel and slice the potatoes. Heat the oil in the pot on the medium heat. Cut the onions into small pieces. Put the onion into the pot. Fry them for 2 minutes. Add the ground meat, seasoning mix (salt, pepper,vegetables), salt, pepper and paprika powder, mix all and fry for 4 minutes. Taste the mixture, add more spices if taste is not good for you. If the taste is ok, add the sliced potatoes, mix and add 200 ml of warm water. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes (until the half of water evaporate). Heat the oven to 250 C. Transfer the mixture into backing pan and put into the oven and bake at 220 C for 10 minutes. Whisk the eggs in the bowl, add milk and parsley leaves. Take out the backing pan from the oven cover it with  eggs, milk and parsley mixture and put it back into the oven. Bake for 10 minutes.






Chicken salad with celery




250 grams of chicken, grilled
1 onion
1/2 of celery root, cooked
15 stuffed olives
Lemon juice from one lemon
75 grams of grated almond
100 grams of raisins
250 grams of mayonnaise
Salt - to taste

Dice the chicken and grate the celery. Cut the onion into small pieces. Mix chicken, celery and onion. Pour the mixture with lemon juice and add salt. Leave for 60 minutes on the cold place. Cut the olives and raisins. Add olives, almonds and raisins to the mixture. Add me mayonnaise and mix well. Put the salad in the glass bowl, decorate with lettuce leaves.

Cheese pie




One package of store-bought pie crusts
500 grams of white cheese
3 - 4 eggs
Salt - to taste
Oil, water


Break eggs in the bowl and whisk them. Add cheese and mix well with eggs. In the cup pure oil and water, half and half. Coat crust with water - oil mixture, then cover it with cheese - eggs mixture and wrap two crusts as one. Put the crust in the oiled backing pan. Repeat the procedure for every crust.When all the crusts are sorted splash them well with oil and water, and cover with the rest of the cheese-eggs filling. Heat the oven on  to 250◦C.  Bake at 180◦C for 20 minutes.



Breaded chops


400 grams of pork or beef
3 eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs
Salt - to taste


Put the chops on the kitchen board. Spice them with salt. Gently pound every chop with meat mallet on both sides. In one shallow flat dish put flour and in another put bread crumbs. Break eggs in the third bowl and whisk them well. Heat the oil in the pan. Dip every chop in the flour, then in the eggs and after that in the bread crumbs. Put them in the frying pot. Fry them on the medium heat for 5 minute for each side. Until they become brown-yellow.
You can serve them with rice and carrots as on the picture.
Grate the carrot, add salt and vinegar.
Cook the rice for 20 minutes, add salt and dried mixed vegetables - to taste. Fry the rice for 5 minutes.

Salty peanut balls




400 grams of butter
400 grams of flour
15 grams of backing powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
100 grams of roasted peanuts, salty
150 grams of sesame


Knead the dough from flour, butter, egg, egg yolk and salt. Make little balls and put one peanut in every ball. Roll balls into egg white and then in sesame. Bake in the oven on 200◦C for 20 minutes.

Salty rolls 2



Dough for two rolls

130 grams of butter
 130 grams of flour
500 ml of milk
7 grams of baking powder
4 eggs
Salt - to taste



Filling

200 ml of sour cream
150 grams of yellow cheese
300 grams of cheese
4 sausages

Cut the sausages and yellow cheese into a small pieces. Mix sour cream, cheese, yellow cheese and sausages.  Melt the butter. Add the flour,salt and backing powder to the butter. Fry this mixture, but make sure the flour does not get yellow. While continuously stirring add cold milk. When the mixture thickens, remove it from the top  and add one egg continuously stirring. Baking pan coated with butter sprinkle with flour and split the mixture into two parts. Bake in the oven on 220 degrees C for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and put in a dry cloth. When the dough is coll fill it and decorate to taste. Coat the entire roll with sour cream. For decoration you can use carrots, tomato, parsley, etc.

 300 grams of sour cream

   Cut the mushrooms into the small pieces. Mix mushrooms, sour cream and salt.

200 ml of sour cream
400 grams of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of mustard

Cook the chicken and cut into small pieces. Cook the potatoes. Dice potatoes and cucumbers. Mix chicken meat, potatoes and cucumbers. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients.

Spinach with eggs





250 grams of spinach
1 tablespoons of  rice
1 onion
Salt, pepper to taste
1 garlic clove
Seasoning mix - to taste
1 egg
1 tablespoon of oil





Wash and clean the spinach. Cut them into pieces. Cut the onion into small pieces. Fry the onion, when the onion is fried put the spinach in the pot and stir. Add rice and mix. Stir for 5 minutes. Add 300 ml of boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes.  Add garlic, pepper and seasoning mix. Cook for 10 minutes.  Move the mixture into the baking pan and cover with egg as on the picture and put into in the oven heated to 250 degrees C. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.


Djuvec





400 grams beef or chicken meat
3 carrots - middle sized
2 potatoes
1/2 cup of rice
1 onion





Cut the beef into small pieces. Put beef into the salty water and boil for half an our. Dice potatoes, carrots and onion. Add them to the boiling beef. Cook for another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add rice. Boil for another 20 minutes.







Salad with mushrooms and bacon




150 grams of bacon
300 grams of mushrooms
1 tablespoon of parsley leaves
5 tomatoes
Vinegar, salt - to taste


Clean and wash the mushrooms, put them in the water and boil for 10 minutes. Strain and cut them into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a dry frying pan. Mix well all ingredients, add salt and vinegar. Cover all with the fat from the bacon left in the frying pan. 

Meat salad with peas





100 grams of pork
2 potatoes
1/2 cup of peas
2 pickled cucumbers
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise



Cook the meat , peas and potatoes in the separate dishes. Dice meat and potatoes. Cut the hard - boiled eggs into small pieces. Mix meat, potatoes, peas and eggs and spice mixture with mayonnaise. 

Salad with radish and lettuce





10 radishes - middle sized, trimmed
1 lettuce
4  spring onions
3 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of mustard
Salt - to taste



Wash the trimmed radishes, cut into slices, wash and separate lettuce. Whisk the souse from oil, vinegar and mustard. Cut the spring onion into small pieces. Mix the radishes, lettuce and spring onion and cover them with souse.  


Mushrooms and corn salad




200 grams of mushrooms
200 grams of boiled corn
200 g of trappista cheese
1 cup of diluted wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of oil
Paper and salt to taste




Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin sheets, add diced trappista cheese and corn grains. Add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Leave it on the cold place for 20 minutes. After that you can serve it!

Mimosa salad




3 eggs
200 gram of ham
150 grams of mayonnaise
200 gram of sour cream
150 grams of  cheese or yellow cheese
2 potatoes - middle-sized



Cook potatoes for 30 minutes. If a fork passes through them, they're finished. Boil eggs until they are hard-boiled - about 10 minutes. When potatoes are cold grate them into the bowl and put some salt. Cover the potatoes with sour cream. Grate the hem and cover with mayonnaise. Then grate the cheese, cover with sour cream.  Next grate  2 eggs and cover them with mayonnaise. Grate the third egg and a little ham as the last layer - for decoration. As decoration you can also put some parsley or oregano depends on taste. 

Russian salad


     Three potatoes
      Three carrots
      Seven pickled cucumbers - middle-sized
      300 grams of ham
      300 grams of mayonnaise
      2 teaspons of mustard




 Slice carrots in a small pieces. Put them in the salty boiling water. After ten minutes add sliced potatoes. Cook for half an our. When the vegetables are cooked put them in the strained and let it cool down for one hour.  Slice the ham and pickled cucumbers or  you can grate them. Mix all ingredients in the bowl. Mix well until you get a uniform mixture. You can serve salad in the bowl.








Sour cabbage with eggs






       One sour cabbage
   4 egg whites
       4 egg yolks
       70 g of butter
       3 tablespoons of flour
       Pepper, salt - to taste



Boil sour cabbage in water for 20 minutes. Take out the sour cabbage and chop into a small pieces.Whisk 4 egg whites. Put in another dish: 4 egg yolks, 50 g of butter, a dash of pepper, 3 tablespoons of flour, a dash of salt and whisked egg whites and blend. Put the sour cabbage into this mixture and stir well.  Steam this mixture for 30 minutes. Transfer  into suitable container and pure with hot butter.
