Breaded chops


400 grams of pork or beef
3 eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs
Salt - to taste


Put the chops on the kitchen board. Spice them with salt. Gently pound every chop with meat mallet on both sides. In one shallow flat dish put flour and in another put bread crumbs. Break eggs in the third bowl and whisk them well. Heat the oil in the pan. Dip every chop in the flour, then in the eggs and after that in the bread crumbs. Put them in the frying pot. Fry them on the medium heat for 5 minute for each side. Until they become brown-yellow.
You can serve them with rice and carrots as on the picture.
Grate the carrot, add salt and vinegar.
Cook the rice for 20 minutes, add salt and dried mixed vegetables - to taste. Fry the rice for 5 minutes.





Baked potatoes and pork chops



800 grams of pork chops
1 kg of potatoes
300 grams of bacon
Salty dried mixed vegetables, salt, oregano, rosemary
White vine enough to cover the pork chops



Wash, peel and cut potatoes as for the French fries. Cut the pork chops into smaller pieces. Put the pork shops into the white vine and left them for one hour. After one hour place the pork on the backing paper for five minutes. Put every potato into salty dried mixed vegetables as well as pork chops. Put the potatoes in a backing dish, put pork chops over the potatoes, Spice everything with oregano and rosemary. Heat the oven to 250◦C. Cover the dish and put into the oven. Bake at 180◦C for one hour. After one hour remove from the oven, uncover, add the bacon ( cut into pieces) and bake for 20 minutes more, uncovered.








Djuvec


400 grams beef or chicken meat
3 carrots - middle sized
2 potatoes
1/2 cup of rice
1 onion



Cut the beef into small pieces. Put beef into the salty water and boil for half an our. Dice potatoes, carrots and onion. Add them to the boiling beef. Cook for another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add rice. Boil for another 20 minutes.






Spinach with eggs


250 grams of spinach
1 tablespoons of  rice
1 onion
Salt, pepper to taste
1 garlic clove
Dried mixed vegetables to taste
1 eggs
1 tablespoon of oil



Wash and clean the spinach. Cut them into pieces. Cut the onion into small pieces. Fry the onion, when the onion is fried put the spinach in the pot and stir. Add rice and mix. Stir for 5 minutes. Add 300 ml of boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes.  Add garlic, pepper and mixed dried vegetables . Cook for 10 minutes.  Move the mixture into the baking pan and cover with egg as on the picture and put into in the oven heated to 250 degrees C. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.





Sour cabbage with eggs


One sour cabbage
 4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
70 gram of butter
3 tablespoons of flour
Salt, pepper - to taste



Boil sour cabbage in water for 20 minutes. Take out sour cabbage and chop into a small pieces. Whisk 4 egg whites. Put in another dish: 4 egg yolks, 50 grams of butter, pepper, flour, salt, whisked egg whites and blend. Add sour cabbage to this mixture and stir well. Steam the mixture for 30 minutes. Transfer After 30 minutes transfer the mixture into suitable container a and cover with melted butter. 



Potato Moussaka



For four persons

400 gram of  mincemeat (pork, beef)
1 onion
1 kg potatoes
Salt, pepper, paprika powder - to taste
Mixed dried vegetables - to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
Parsley leaves
200 ml of warm water


Wash, peel and slice the potatoes. Heat the oil in the pot on the medium heat. Cut the onions into small pieces. Put the onion into the pot. Fry them for 2 minutes. Add the mincemeat, mixed dried vegetables, salt, pepper and paprika powder, mix all and fry for 4 minutes. Taste the mixture, add more spices if taste is not good for you. If the taste is ok, add the sliced potatoes, mix and add 200 ml of warm water. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes (until the half of water evaporate). Heat the oven to 250 C. Transfer the mixture into backing pan and put into the oven and bake at 220 C for 10 minutes. Whisk the eggs in the bowl, add milk and parsley leaves. Take out the backing pan from the oven cover it with  eggs, milk and parsley mixture and put it back into the oven. Bake for 10 minutes.
