Crescent rolls



1 big Cup Milk
3 small Cups Oil
3 Eggs
40 grams Yeast
1 kg flour
1 Tablespoon salt
100 grams Butter
Filling: 1 egg and 200 grams Cheese

Dissolve the yest in warm milk. Mix all ingredients and make a smooth dough. Divide in 8 balls.Roll out the dough. Cut into wedges. Fill them with egg and cheese filling. Roll the wedges starting with the wide end. Brush top of the rolls with egg yolk. Place rolls into greased backing sheet. Grate the butter over them. Bake at 180◦C for 30 minutes.

Tasty little cups



250 grams of butter
20 grams of yeast
500 grams of flour
300 ml of milk
Mold for cups



Dissolve yeast in milk. Mix butter, flour and yeast dissolved in milk. Knead the mixture. Oil the mold and fill it with dough ( don't overfill). Bake at 180◦C for 20 minutes. Remove the cups from the mold while they are still warm. As a filling you can use chicken salad, Russian salad, celery salad, sour cream with ham, etc.

Small rolls

250 grams of butter
550 grams of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 table spoon of salt
1 - 2 tablespoons of sesame
250 ml of milk
20 grams of yeast

Whisk the butter, add flour, salt, sesame, yeast with milk and sugar. Knead the dough. Make the roller. Divide the roller by the length into 32 parts. Roll every part out with rolling pin. Make a circle (diameter 15 cm), cut the circle into 12-16 triangles. Starting from the outside edge of one of the triangles, roll the edge towards the center. Put into baking pan, brush top of the rolls with egg yolk. Bake at 200◦C for 15 minutes.

Meat balls with potatoes and sour cream

400 gram of  ground meat
500 grams of potatoes 
2 eggs
200 ml of sour cream
100 ml of tomato sauce
1 or 2 leeks
Salt, pepper  - to taste
50 grams of butter
50 ml of milk

Use ground meat and make meatballs, about 12 meatballs. Cook meatballs for 15 minutes. Peel the potatoes, put them in the heated water and cook until the fork passes through them. Chop the leeks. Mash the potatoes and add butter, milk and salt. Mix well. In the baking pan put mashed potatoes, add tomato sauce over the potatoes, arrange meatballs, leeks, cover and bake  at 180◦C for 30 minutes.Whisk eggs and sour cream. After 30 minutes, remove from the oven, uncover and add mixed eggs and sour cream.Bake for 15 minutes, uncovered at 200◦C .

Stuffed dry red peppers



500 grams of ground meat
10 red peppers
2 onions
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Oil
1 cup of rice

Dice the onion. Fry the onion for ten minutes in a pot (medium heat). After ten minutes add ground meat, salt and black pepper and fry for 15 minutes at a medium heat. Add the rice stir and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the mixture from the burner. Let it cool for couple minutes. Put the red dry peppers into hot water for 3 minutes. Take them out. Stuff peppers with the mixture and put them in a pot. Add 200 ml of water, cover them and cook for 30 minutes at ta low heat. After 30 minutes put the peppers in a baking pan. Heat the oven to 200◦C. Bake peppers at 150◦C for 15 minutes.

Sausages and beans


400 grams of beans
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Salt, black pepper, paprika powder, basil, parsley leaves - to taste
2 bay leaves
400 grams of sausages


Dip the beans in the water and left over the night. In the morning heat the water with beans until the water boils. Strain the beans and throw the water.  Put the beans in a pot and add 1l of water. When it starts to boil add onion, cook for 2 hours. After 2 hours add bay leaves, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, basil and parsley leaves. Cook for another 2 hours. If you still have to many water, spill it carefully. Transfer the beans in the baking pan, put the sausages over the beans and put parsley leaves over everything. Heat the oven to 250◦C. Bake at 220◦C for 15 minutes.

Baked potatoes and pork chops



800 grams of pork chops
1 kg of potatoes
300 grams of bacon
Seasoning mix (salt, pepper,vegetables)
Oregano, rosemary - to taste
White vine enough to cover the pork chops



Wash, peel and cut potatoes as for the French fries. Cut the pork chops into smaller pieces. Put the pork shops into the white vine and left them for one hour. After one hour place the pork on the backing paper for five minutes. Put every potato into seasoning mix, as well as pork chops. Put the potatoes in a backing dish, put pork chops over the potatoes, Spice everything with oregano and rosemary. Heat the oven to 250◦C. Cover the dish and put into the oven. Bake at 180◦C for one hour. After one hour remove from the oven, uncover, add the bacon ( cut into pieces) and bake for 20 minutes more, uncovered.

Chicken and potatoes



2 chicken legs and thighs
500 grams of potatoes
Seasoning mix (salt, pepper, vegetables)
Paprika powder, black pepper - to taste


Put the chicken legs and thighs in the boiling water, add seasoning mix, Cook for 15 minutes at the medium heat. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes. Heat the oven to 250◦C. Take out chicken legs and thighs ( you can use water from chicken to make soup). In the baking pan put potatoes, add paprika powder and black pepper. Bake at 220◦C for 20 minutes (until the fork passes through the potatoes). Take out the baking pan and put the chicken over the potatoes. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Potato Moussaka



For four persons

400 gram of  ground meat (pork, beef)
1 onion
1 kg potatoes
Salt, pepper, paprika powder - to taste
Seasoning mix (salt, pepper,vegetables) - to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
Parsley leaves
200 ml of warm water


Wash, peel and slice the potatoes. Heat the oil in the pot on the medium heat. Cut the onions into small pieces. Put the onion into the pot. Fry them for 2 minutes. Add the ground meat, seasoning mix (salt, pepper,vegetables), salt, pepper and paprika powder, mix all and fry for 4 minutes. Taste the mixture, add more spices if taste is not good for you. If the taste is ok, add the sliced potatoes, mix and add 200 ml of warm water. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes (until the half of water evaporate). Heat the oven to 250 C. Transfer the mixture into backing pan and put into the oven and bake at 220 C for 10 minutes. Whisk the eggs in the bowl, add milk and parsley leaves. Take out the backing pan from the oven cover it with  eggs, milk and parsley mixture and put it back into the oven. Bake for 10 minutes.






Chicken salad with celery




250 grams of chicken, grilled
1 onion
1/2 of celery root, cooked
15 stuffed olives
Lemon juice from one lemon
75 grams of grated almond
100 grams of raisins
250 grams of mayonnaise
Salt - to taste

Dice the chicken and grate the celery. Cut the onion into small pieces. Mix chicken, celery and onion. Pour the mixture with lemon juice and add salt. Leave for 60 minutes on the cold place. Cut the olives and raisins. Add olives, almonds and raisins to the mixture. Add me mayonnaise and mix well. Put the salad in the glass bowl, decorate with lettuce leaves.

Cheese pie




One package of store-bought pie crusts
500 grams of white cheese
3 - 4 eggs
Salt - to taste
Oil, water


Break eggs in the bowl and whisk them. Add cheese and mix well with eggs. In the cup pure oil and water, half and half. Coat crust with water - oil mixture, then cover it with cheese - eggs mixture and wrap two crusts as one. Put the crust in the oiled backing pan. Repeat the procedure for every crust.When all the crusts are sorted splash them well with oil and water, and cover with the rest of the cheese-eggs filling. Heat the oven on  to 250◦C.  Bake at 180◦C for 20 minutes.



Breaded chops


400 grams of pork or beef
3 eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs
Salt - to taste


Put the chops on the kitchen board. Spice them with salt. Gently pound every chop with meat mallet on both sides. In one shallow flat dish put flour and in another put bread crumbs. Break eggs in the third bowl and whisk them well. Heat the oil in the pan. Dip every chop in the flour, then in the eggs and after that in the bread crumbs. Put them in the frying pot. Fry them on the medium heat for 5 minute for each side. Until they become brown-yellow.
You can serve them with rice and carrots as on the picture.
Grate the carrot, add salt and vinegar.
Cook the rice for 20 minutes, add salt and dried mixed vegetables - to taste. Fry the rice for 5 minutes.
